This is a 63-year-old female who presents for Breast Reconstruction following a Mastectomy. An explantation of implants -- found to be 600CC -- and replacement with capsulotomy to accommodate greater volume for 800 CC smooth, gel ultra-high round implants. Fat grafting was harvested from the abdomen donor site, through previous surgical scar for purpose of the breast reconstruction procedure.
