Dr. Betty Hinderks Davis is a nationally recognized, board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon who has served the Phoenix area since 2005. With over 20 years of experience and more than 50,000 Mohs surgeries performed, she is a leader in skin cancer diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. Dr. Davis is deeply committed to patient-centered care, early detection, and optimal skin health. She serves on the Arizona Dermatology & Dermatologic Surgery Society Board and has been honored nationally for both her clinical expertise and patient experience.

Dr. Susan Iorio is a board-certified dermatologist with over 20 years of clinical experience, specializing in general and surgical dermatology. Practicing in the Phoenix area since 2005, she has a strong passion for early detection and prevention of skin cancer. A graduate of Tulane University School of Medicine, where she also completed her residency and served as Chief Resident, Dr. Iorio has contributed to dermatologic research and has been recognized as a Phoenix Magazine Top Doc. She treats a wide range of skin conditions, with particular expertise in melanoma and skin cancer care for immunocompromised patients.

Jeanette Bannister is a certified Physician Assistant with a background in neurosurgery trauma, neurocritical care, and trauma surgery. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of St. Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Before becoming a PA, she worked as a Neurodiagnostic Technician for 8 years. Jeanette is excited to continue growing her career with a focus on plastic and hand surgery. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, traveling, and spending time with her husband and children.

Lauren Fuller is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a strong academic foundation and a passion for patient-centered dermatologic care. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Studio Art from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UAMS. Lauren is a member of the SDPA and AAPA, staying up to date with best practices in dermatology.

Alexis Boschi is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over five years of clinical experience, specializing in dermatology. Born and raised in Arizona, Alexis has a strong connection to the local community and is proud to provide high-quality dermatologic care to patients throughout her home state.
Alexis earned her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University before moving to Massachusetts to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at MCPHS University. Her experience in both urgent care and dermatology provides her with a broad foundation in patient care and a comprehensive approach to evaluating and treating a wide variety of skin conditions.
She has a particular interest in skin cancer detection and prevention, acne, inflammatory skin conditions, and developing individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
Alexis believes that excellent dermatologic care begins with listening to her patients and taking the time to educate them about their skin health. She strives to create a comfortable, welcoming environment where patients feel heard and confident in their treatment. She is committed to staying current with advances in dermatology and providing evidence-based, personalized care.
Outside of the office, Alexis enjoys traveling, hiking, and gardening. As a lifelong Arizona resident, she especially enjoys exploring the outdoors and experiencing the many beautiful landscapes her home state has to offer.

Madison Cawthon, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant and Arizona native with a passion for dermatology and providing thoughtful, patient-centered care. Her interest in dermatology began prior to PA school while working as a medical assistant and scribe in a busy dermatology and skin surgery practice, where she gained hands-on experience with medical and surgical dermatology, including Mohs surgery, Superficial Radiation Therapy, and other dermatologic procedures.
Madison earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Creighton University in Phoenix, where she was a member of the inaugural Physician Assistant class at Creighton’s Phoenix campus. During her clinical training, she completed dedicated rotations in dermatology and plastic surgery and pursued additional education in dermoscopy through the Mayo Clinic.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences (BSHS), majoring in Physiology, from the University of Arizona, where she also completed a minor in Business Administration.
Madison is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates (SDPA), American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA), Dermatology Education Foundation (DEF), and Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants (ASAPA).
Outside of the clinic, Madison enjoys reading, traveling, trying new restaurants and coffee shops around Phoenix, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.

Dr. Michael Hinckley is board-certified in both general dermatology and Mohs micrographic surgery. He earned his medical degree from the University of Utah before completing his dermatology residency at Wake Forest University in North Carolina. He then completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery at the University of Louisville in Kentucky.
Throughout his career, Dr. Hinckley has been dedicated to both patient care and medical education. He has taught medical students and dermatology residents and served as an Assistant Clinical Professor. He has performed thousands of dermatologic surgeries, with particular expertise in the treatment of skin cancer.
Dr. Hinckley enjoys building meaningful relationships with his patients and takes pride in providing thoughtful, personalized care. He is especially passionate about treating skin cancer effectively while achieving the best possible outcomes for his patients.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Hinckley enjoys spending time with his four children. As a native of Utah, he especially enjoys hiking, skiing, and horseback riding in the mountains.
