This patient in her late 70’s presented with severe lower lid laxity on the right.This is termed ectropion.She had zero globe contact with her eyelid and tears streamed down her face constantly.She underwent repair with Dr. Mussman in his office under local anesthetic.She reports complete resolution of the tearing and is very happy.
