This patient had bilateral breast cancer that required a bilateral partial mastectomy (also known as Lumpectomy). She wanted to maintain a similar shape and size. A bilateral oncoplastic breast reduction was performed (that includes a lift). The majority of the scars are well concealed around the areola and inframammary fold.
