- Facial and MOHS Reconstruction
This patient was seen for a wound evaluation located on the left superior parietal scalp. Given the location of the defect and the proximity to free margins, a double advancement flap was deemed most appropriate. Dr. Mussman MD FACS, has repaired the defect in a manner that will have the maximum chance of healing with the least amount of deformity after the cancer resection.
